The Sharpsuiter was honored to sign on for the second consecutive year as the menswear vendor for The Big Fake Wedding Denver. The Big Fake Wedding is a traveling event production that brings together small local wedding vendors for a collaborative event attended by engaged couples who are planning their own weddings.
This year’s featured couple, Alvaro and Brittany, have been married for six years already, but they renewed their vows during the outdoor evening ceremony. Brittany’s father officiated. The entire day felt luxurious, joyful, and elegant.
The theme for this mountain wedding (which took place Sept. 23 at Woodlands, on Hwy. 285 near Conifer) was “Swiss Alps,” with a natural, muted, and frosty color palette.
The Suits
I outfitted Alvaro and his best man, Evan, in slate blue nailhead suits from the H.M. Cole Signature collection. Each gentleman wore a white fitted shirt and this tan wool tie, which blended rustic brown and purplish tones with dusty rose.
